Pictures of Impermanence

“Viewfinder” – Pandacan, 17 July 2016

moment
captured for
all time;
flying second
caught
and frozen
forever.

remembering
cher anaรฏs’s
words
of tasting
time twice:
in the
moment,
in a
memory.

photographs
pinned to
cork boards
and verses
scribbled
in fading
inks
on fragile
paper
as we
desperately
try to
preserve
as much
of life
of time
of mortal
existence
as much
as we
can.
