“Duality” – Makati, 14 May 2016

i’d like
to believe
that we
mirror
each other:
animus
anima
homme
femme
bright
dark
cool
warm.

one
believing in
structure
and order;
one
thriving on
the whirling
chaos:
but both
living in
living on
the cadence
the flow
the rhythm
of words
carefully
patiently
delicately
considered and
committed to
form.

two sides
of the
same coin,
two facets
of the
same gem,
weaving a
tale in
two voices.
