To The One Who Matters

“Where I Hide the Words” – Muntinlupa, 15 October 2015

when the

time

comes to

tell

my story

to the

world,

i wonder

how i

will write

you.

what role

have you

played:

hero

villain

callowly shallow

love interest

inspiration

nightmare

bugbear

bully

bastard

broken-winged

guardian angel

who keeps

death

and despair

at bay?

i don’t

know;

for you

have been

all these

and more.

when the

time

comes to

tell

my tale,

all i

will say

is that

you

were there

when it

mattered

the most –

and

to me

you

made all

the difference.
