Run Away, Runaway

"Výhled" - Tin Can Forest, year unknown
“Výhled” – Tin Can Forest, year unknown

pack up, get up;

step up to

the plate –

fly with the

setting sun.

wander off

under cover

of darkness;

cloaked by

twilight’s

darkest

shadows.

try not to

weep;

try not to

feel.

shutter your

heart;

don’t let

the world

hold you,

bind you,

shake you,

break you…

run…run!

there is

nothing here

to save,

nothing here

to keep.

throw it all

away;

fly, fly far

away.

never look

back;

never repine.

no regrets.

only…

take me

with you

when you

go.
